You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward… just take the next step.

Everyone goes through periods in their life where they could do with some extra support and knowing where to begin can sometimes be challenging. The process begins by finding a space in which you are able to relax and feel comfortable. For some people this means being able to talk uninterruptedly and for others it means a calm and peaceful place to slow down and listen.

The average duration of each session is one hour and in general, Fusion Solution focused therapy has been proven most effective when practiced within a five session framework.

What happens in the first session?

We will have the opportunity to sit down and explore what you would like help with and what changes you would like to make. I will explain how I work and what the process involves and you will be able to ask any questions that you would like. We will begin to learn techniques to help you move forward and you should start feeling better from your first visit.

It’s important that you know you have a private and confidential place to talk. A place where you are fully supported and where you can discover what you need to feel happy and at ease in all areas of your life.
